TipstrrAI (“TipstrrAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides sports betting intelligence, match analysis, bet tracking, AI chat, community pick sharing, and subscription features through our website and mobile apps.

When you create an account, we may collect your email address, username, display name, authentication identifiers, subscription tier, and account settings.

If you use My Bets, Bet Builder, Roll & Grow, Parlay, Ladder, or similar features, we may store the picks you track, odds, stake, status, results, sportsbook label, timestamps, and related performance metrics. These are used to help you track your own activity inside TipstrrAI.
If you choose to share a pick to the Community section, we may publish the pick, match, odds, status, timestamp, and either your display name or an anonymous label depending on the option you select. We do not publish your private bet history unless you choose to share a specific pick.
Payments and subscriptions are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, Apple, Google, or other approved providers. We do not store your full card number. We may receive limited subscription and billing status information, such as plan type, renewal status, customer ID, and transaction status.
If you use AI Chat, Scout Report, Live News, or similar features, we may process your prompts, selected match context, fixture information, and app state needed to generate a response. Do not enter sensitive personal information into AI chat.
We may collect device type, browser or app version, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, language, timestamps, log data, crash/error information, session data, and interactions with app features.
If you enable push notifications, we may store a push token or similar identifier so we can send lineup alerts, match updates, subscription notices, and product notifications.
We use information to create and manage user accounts; provide sports analysis, predictions, bet tracking, AI chat, and community features; process subscriptions and manage access to paid features; personalize sports, league, risk, and sportsbook preferences; improve app performance, reliability, security, and fraud prevention; provide customer support; send notifications you enable; and comply with legal obligations and app store requirements.
We may share information with service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, payments, analytics, AI processing, odds data, sports data, push notifications, email delivery, and security monitoring.

If you choose to publish a pick, the selected pick information may be visible to other users. You can choose whether to show your display name or publish anonymously where the app provides that option.

TipstrrAI provides informational sports analysis and bet tracking tools. TipstrrAI does not guarantee betting outcomes. Sports betting involves risk. Users are responsible for complying with local laws and sportsbook terms.
TipstrrAI is intended for users who are legally permitted to access sports betting-related information in their jurisdiction. Do not use the app if you are under the legal age for sports betting in your location.
